WORST SERVICE EVER, I reserved using Kayak and when I arrived the men at the counter was a moody guy (definitely a BAD GUY) he told that what we paid was just a part of the total amount, we paid around $80 and he told that we had to pay $500 additional fees, wich includes $15 per day of tolls (whe each toll it's just around 63 cents) and much more for preventing issues. We were around 20 people at the store and we all noticed that it was FRAUD. My recommendation: NEVER RENT THEM A CAR EL PEOR SERVICIO Nunca les contrataría un servicio. Es impresionante como intimidan a las personas para que firmen un contrato donde van a pagar precios desmesurados sin lógica alguna. Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría.

Their service sucks. Long waiting time and I also have not received my $250 deposit yet. Never again I’ll book through them. They are the worst of all. Please DO NOT rent with them.

Yesterday, 12/06/2018, Caroline from U-SAVE Client Service, inform us that the US$250 has been credited to the credit card (with for month delay due to software problems). We checked the credit card account and the ammont is there. Thanks
Worse rental car company in Florida
I rented a car for 2 days at the airport on March 25, 2019 and to this day they have not returned the deposit of 250 dollars that they charged me for my card, they promised to return it within 15 days of returning the car, I have called by phone, sent mail, and no one answers me they do not take care of me. I'm going to sue this company for fraud. A shame. Does anyone want to join this?

That also happened to me. I had to call and make a fuss to get my deposit back.
I resolved by calling my bank and sending documentation. It took more than a month and a half to return a charge that they had made too much. I will never rent from that company again and I do not recommend it.

I had to call 7 times and wait more than two weeks to get my deposit back. I recommend you to call the and ask them to send you the copy of the deposit to your email.

This place has been doing this for years. Outright horrible! Even when they promise to give you the money back, you will never get it. They are hoping you will forget or give up. We should all start a class action against this place. For now, call your bank ASAP and report the fraud.

I had to go to the company to ask for the return. They already did it. I delivered the vehicle on January 8 and on January 24 I went to see why the deposit was not returned. Fortunately, I was still here in Miami.

You have to call them several times until they actually listen to you. For me it was a nightmare. They took almost 2 months to give it back, and only because I sent many emails and called countless times.

Si! Ese lugar es my decepcionado. This is what we call bait and switch in the U.S. They quote you a price, then double it when you get there. Plus they gave me a car with the bumper falling off and bad brakes. You are not alone my friend. This place should be out of business! Just HORRIBLE!!!
By mail they will NEVER solve or respond to you. Call their number, option 5 and ask to speak to Roan .. It also took me a month to get the sec dep on my card. BUT I had to call once a week every week ..
I have been calling for the past two weeks and no luck. Everytime I speak to somebody say I will get it the next day or within two days and I have NOT got any sec deposit.
You should keep calling and ask for you deposit. They eventually do.

I went thru the same LONG waiting time trying to speak to a rental agent. When I finally got someone to speak to; the agent explained that it's NOT 14 calendar days but 14 BUSINESS days before they release the deposit. I'm back to waiting almost another week. I will keep you all posted..!!

Keep on them. It took me 2 months. And many calls. I was about to call my credit card when they sent the deposit back.
It's only been 12 days for me. I'm starting to be concerned. It ultimately took more than 3 months and a complaint to VISA to get a credit. VISA returned my money. This place hooks people with a low rate and then delays their refund.
It took 1 month to het my 500 deposit back. I will never use them again.
It took me a month, but first I complained with the card I rented and they submitted an investigation.
I suggest you take the train to the car rental place there, it is easier to take the bus to the airport again.
Yes...but I had to make 3 calls and it took almost 2 months. My last call when I was told it would be posted in 24hrs, I had to threaten to speak with a supervisor. I will never use them again. It was hard to find their number too. Do you need the number I called?
