WORST SERVICE EVER, I reserved using Kayak and when I arrived the men at the counter was a moody guy (definitely a BAD GUY) he told that what we paid was just a part of the total amount, we paid around $80 and he told that we had to pay $500 additional fees, wich includes $15 per day of tolls (whe each toll it's just around 63 cents) and much more for preventing issues. We were around 20 people at the store and we all noticed that it was FRAUD. My recommendation: NEVER RENT THEM A CAR EL PEOR SERVICIO Nunca les contrataría un servicio. Es impresionante como intimidan a las personas para que firmen un contrato donde van a pagar precios desmesurados sin lógica alguna. Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría.

Hello, I will verify and tell you, I felt. Very good with the service and the car even though I requested it cheap, they gave me a late model Toyota Corolla.

This U Save Car Rental please don't rent from them they have horrible customer service. If you try to call them they will ignore your call and send you a text message and then say they tried to reach you and nobody ever call. So unprofessional.

We have not really checked if they have returned it. I suggest you contact consumer protection in USA. They are very effective.

U save is bad. I had a car saved. I got to Miami and one. Shuttle takes forever when you call. And biggest thing they would not let me rent a car because of my dog. Which is a service dog. Then 12hrs to get an other one.
