Their service sucks. Long waiting time and I also have not received my $250 deposit yet. Never again I’ll book through them. They are the worst of all. Please DO NOT rent with them.
Still waiting for mine, i have written multiple times, no phone pick up and they actually sent me a form to fill out claiming they were advised to send my credit to my bank and sent a form for me to fill out with my BANK INFO! ACCOUNT # AND ROUTING #!!! seriously!!! i immediately called my credit card on day 14 and have them fighting it, its an awful situation over there!
I still did not get it since feburary
Unfortunately we gave in and paid for it (it was for 3 days) and since we had it we removed the "avoid tolls" in Google maps. We didnt save much time anyway. Have you gotten your deposit back from your 2 visits there?
Took us almost a month to get our deposit back and also got stuck paying for the tolls when we could have avoided them.
I got slammed with the extra fees as well and also has not received my deposit. Rented 9/17/20.
I have called left messages and still have not received my 250.00 deposit yet.
