The Enterprise staff was very friendly and professional, everything was very smooth at South Motor's. Coincidence? On Aug. 5th, I took my Mini for servicing and when I drove away on an Enterprise vehicle where I found a pair of iPods on the corner of front passenger seat cover from my view by the arm rest. On Aug 6th when I returned the vehicle I wanted to call the previous renter but was informed it's against company policy to give out info but even if they wanted they could not find out who the previous renter was. I was told the iPods would go to Enterprises Lost & Found behind the Brandsmart building until they were claimed. The following week my son went South BMW (same location) and was given an Enterprise vehicle. He returned the vehicle but didn't realize he had left his iPods in the Enterprise vehicle. He called Enterprise and South BMW but no one claims to have found them. On Aug. 30th, I took my Mini in, again, and was given another Enterprise vehicle and told the person helping me about the incidents. He told me to go to the Lost & Found behind Brandsmart. So, I did just that and neither the iPods I turned in not my son's were in the "Lost and Found". There were a bunch of sunglasses, Sun Passes and miscellaneous worthless stuff. I was told that the owner must have claimed the iPods. I can assure you my son did not get his iPods returned and they were not in "Lost & Found". I don't want to think ill but I'm almost certain the iPods I turned in as well as my son's somehow took the same wrong turn and are NOT with their rightful owner. Funny thing 2 sets of iPods in a matter of 1 week apart left behind in Enterprise vehicles and neither were at the place they should have been - "Lost & Found"?

Look on google and contact a location near by. You can also reserve online. Name on DL and Credit Card used to reserve needs to be the same.
