I definitely agree with the lady's comment, the same thing happened to me too, they blatantly steal and nobody can do anything about it, they gave me a worthless car, I have photos, videos and evidence

Good morning, in my case I had to pay USD 15 per day for the rental of the toll device and they forced me to pay third party insurance or I would lose my reservation. I do not recommend it
This is not your page. But they don't have an office at the airport. They pick you up with a van and take you to where the cars are about 10 minutes from the airport.
They are very helpful people. Just get on the horn and give them a call. I'm sure they will make it so you can return the car and get to your flight with no problem. That was my case. They even gave me a ride to the airport. Colusa will help you out for sure
Hi. No additional cost. All their cars have sun pass and you only pay for the tolls you passed when you take the car back to Colusa. I had the Nissan Sentra for almost a month and paid 11$ of sun pass when I took the car back to them
