During my time in this shelter... All I can say is this. Only 2 employees there are fair, doing their job! They have petty rules with some petty people that live here... For me starting as the youngest. What this place really needs to reconsider.. Is the clients that reach out to them! Because they lack of safety precautions, and avoid the living rights to the people that stay here! It's like they don't care!! Again... The only ones that did care was my case manager, and one of the female staff taking night-shifts. That's it.

I went to drop off some stuff. But the work these amazing people are doing goes so under appreciated. They offer more than a roof they offer a safe space, help when the families and women need it the most and most importantly a friend/family when they feel alone. Thank you for helping my family when I am unable to. You are appreciated and we see you!

Could you use some gently used children's books? My class has been collecting them and would like to donate books to children in crisis to help calm them. We have close to 100 books.
