I had just bought a phone at metro 1076 social St. Because my old phone was not holding a charge ,died out completely in the store .The lady representative of the metrio store said she could not get my contacts or set up my email because the phone died. So I left with my new phone and went to the metro store on 276 main st.where I was welcome by Gio sale's person manger (should be district manger) and I told her the problem ,no questions asked ,she took my new phone not only did get all contacts and 3 emails set up, she got me a better rate plan. I went from the store on 1076 social St and I was going to leave metro because of there service , and they outright lied to you ,and wasn't like they were busy ,I was only one in the store As I was leaving a man came in complaining (that the new phone he just bought ,the same as his old phone and he could not text pitchers as his old one could ) now I know why, they probably didn't set it up).To Gio and the store on 276 main St where they make you feel, that you want to be a customer for life.I also bought a new phone for my other phone number, and a new tablet, which I probably would have bought at the other store.I realize how important customer service is, after being in business over 40 years. Customer's own.,You're business ,their business and money is what supports a business.I would give them 10 stars if I could, And if I am the type of person that would probably would not give many business over 3 stars your opinions and reviews are worthless if they are not truthful and honest. I only give reviews on very poor service or exceptional service. Time is limt,and know how much you have left.

Gio, who works on Main Street Store was exceptional. She needs to be promoted with a big raise!!!!

Great service I have service most everywhere however if you go into the store they'll charge you decent amount to pay your bill in person which is what I like to do they'll charge you for switching to your old phone other phone companies won't do that seems that they find a way to charge you for almost anything if you go into the store in person
