I am 72 years old , with a heart condition, C.H.F, and fibromyalgia which is currently treated with Tramadol ,an opioid. I will be homeless as of May first,2022. Where can I go for shelter?

To intake services with Community Care Alliance, you can walk in at 800 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, between 8:00am and 2:00 pm for an intake assessment.
