Where is my deposit!!! It’s been a month since I returned the car I keep calling and all I get from the refund department is to wait!!!! I called today and again the exact same thing to wait a couple more days my refund is been process!!!!

Terrible car rental company Full of crooks They keep your deposit and force you to pay insurance and a bunch of fees You might as well rent from a big company since they at the end charge you the same At least they give you a newer car DO NOT RENT FROM U-SAVE

They did the same thing to me as well. Its mid October and i still didn't get my deposit back.!!! They have told me the same thing. I look at my statement on my credit card and the deposit was not posted. I rented a car in August. So i file a report to my credit card company and they put the money back on my card but they are still under investigation. Make sure they send you the receipt again to help your case with your credit card company. Never again!!!!!!!

They do not want to put your insurance, they put theirs so that it will be more expensive. If you want to deliver it a few days before, they will not return your money.
