My father has not recieved his deposit a month after! Is the only way calling the actual credit card? Because we’ve tried everything! There’s no way to get in contact with them. Horrible
How do you get your deposit back? I rented a car from them April 1,2019 they charge me $200 and didn't returned to me over two months now.
Do you have shuttle service to an from Miami International Airport?
Do they ever refund the amount that is suposed to be refunded? I turned in my rental on December 23rd, 2018. Now it is February 5th, 2019 and my refund has not hapepened yet. I just called and the lady said they haven't started the refund process..
