Hopefully you still have your receipt. Call you credit card company and dispute the charge. Otherwise, you'll never get your money.
They r not very good with answering their phone but I didnt have problems with them the guy who received the car was excellent he even gave us an advice 2 take the tri rail to fl airport because it was cheaper than taking a Lyft n it worked out great he even drop us off at the train station
