My father has not recieved his deposit a month after! Is the only way calling the actual credit card? Because we’ve tried everything! There’s no way to get in contact with them. Horrible

Hopefully you still have your receipt. Call you credit card company and dispute the charge. Otherwise, you'll never get your money.

They r not very good with answering their phone but I didnt have problems with them the guy who received the car was excellent he even gave us an advice 2 take the tri rail to fl airport because it was cheaper than taking a Lyft n it worked out great he even drop us off at the train station
