Do they ever refund the amount that is suposed to be refunded? I turned in my rental on December 23rd, 2018. Now it is February 5th, 2019 and my refund has not hapepened yet. I just called and the lady said they haven't started the refund process..

Carlos. 30 days is nothing. I returned my rental 10/28/18 and still don't have my deposit. This place should he out of business. Report it to the better business bureau.
