how can you keep the 1k security deposit for 2 months. Are you paying for late fees and interests from bank? Is this the way you value your customers?

It took 1 month to het my 500 deposit back. I will never use them again.

It took me 2 months to get my money back. I heard all kind of excuses, probably the same as you. I finally had to say I wanted to supervisor next. I will never use them again.

I was told 7to 14 days. They still have 7 days then I will contact fraud unit at chase.
