Took my daughter and godson for their first time and it was a blast. From the moment they saw the castle to their first steps inside, they were so amused by the entire experience. The staff was great and were great with the kids, obviously itβs super easy quickly to spend money aside from the ticket prices alone. So just be mindful of that. Food was pretty good but thatβs also part of the ticket price so itβs nice, they also accept cash and cards vs other places that have gone cashless.

What an amazing night we had. We visited same location years ago to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I can tell a lot has changed since then but we still had a great time . Our show start time was at 7pm , they opened the doors and let us in at 6pm . The line moves super quick so by 6:15 we were inside of the hall. We grabbed our drinks from the bar , bought swords for kiddos and had plenty of time to take pictures . Then after a short show they took us to the arena group by group . With general admission we had 3rd row seats which we loved , we were in yellow group. The show started right after everyone was seated. And they served the food right away. Staff on the floor was very helpful , our waiter was amazing. All of the performance crew was incredible π . Food was delicious, chicken came hot and very well seasoned along with delicious baked potatoes and corn . Our drinks are constantly refreshed by our amazing waiter. This wasn't our first visit and surely will not be our last.

Show was very entertaining. Food was good, a bit oily, but tasted good. Dessert is just a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so nothing too extravagant. But, you don't necessarily go for the food, you go for the show, which was fun. If you choose to have an adult beverage, be sure you are prepared to spend some money. Four of their normal size drinks cost almost $50 with tip! You do get to keep the plastic cup but it definitely wasn't worth $50. There are also options to purchase a keepsake mug or hurricane glass. I didn't price it out but my guess is that it was expensive as well. If you've never been here before, it is an interactive show. They want you to cheer for your color and allies and boo the opposition. Watching the horses do their tricks was great. Some of the actor choreography is a bit hokey but all-in-all, it was a really nice time with the family.

I cannot express how great this place is with words. I brought my four year old son to see one of the shows and I ended up likely having more fun than he did. We enjoyed the show that was put together but the action packed fighting toward the end was phenomenal. The knights were hyped up about the acts that they were performing and everything. Our waiter was absolutely great, his mannerisms were phenomenal and he kept us taken care of. The amount of food that you get for the price is crazy good. The admission includes the meal. We got basically half of a rotisserie chicken, corn, potatoes, soup and drinks. A great value for the price of admission. Last but not least, I am a disabled veteran and I absolutely love businesses that support veterans. They support veterans and gave a generous amount off of our tickets and I am very grateful. I will without a doubt be returning. Thank you guys for a great experience.

What ever makes you all comfortable. Just focus on having fun!!
Yes. No steps besides the ones going to your seat but you can be seated at the top. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the show.
There is a wide variety of things to buy, as well as drink. Some things can be a little pricey, and others that are well worth the cost.
I don't think so. I would recommend calling
Yes I think so but don't know for sure Only have been there once
In the Chicago Suburbs Thursday, February 15th they have a 7:30 pm performance. ..doors open earlier
Only regular and vegetarian meal. Kosher is available as well if ordered in advance.
I used 25MT not sure how long that'll work for though
Its was comfortable, i went about 2 weeks ago i wore a sweater .No silverware just bring your own. But the whole experience is to eat like it was medival times. I like it a lot.
They serve carrot, celery, and hummus instead of the garlic bread, and sorbet instead of ice cream.
Carrots and celery with hummus instead of garlic bread, and sorbet instead of ice cream.
Yes with a paid guest at regular price
Paper crowns are provided to show support for the corresponding knight in connection with your seat.
They didn't assign our seating until we arrived. As long as you all arrive together, it shouldn't be an issue.
Medievaltimes.com lots of options for packages. Birthday specials etc.
The top level seating is both handicap accessible & would be roomy enough for anyone
It's slightly loud. You will not be able to hear your ringtone so you will be fine. They have bathrooms steps away from the seats that are well sound proofed
I don't know what that is
The shows do not change that often. However, the format is changed, I believe, at two-year intervals to keep the public interested. However, the customer service for medieval times would definitely have an answer to that question.
Not a bad seat in the house, they will have just what you need!
Two rounds of drinks generally refers to the server coming by and serving you two drinks of choice. Generally a soda and coffee or more soda. Alcoholic drinks are sold but you must buy one of their novelty cups, the cheapest being about $8.00.
I do believe they are. Check on their website to order tickets in advance. It will allow you to select the day of your choice. You will quickly be able to tell if they are accepting reservations on the holiday. I hope you have fun.
Is included with vegetarian meals available as well. They do offer coffee as well as a supplement at no cost. They did cut the quality of the meal a lot thought from couple years back. Just FYI
The answer is on their website, which I've copied and pasted here for you. If you call them, they will help with any other questions you have. They are very nice and super helpful on the phone. How does the free Birthday Fellowship admission coupon work? In order to gain free admission, you need to bring at least one person with you. It's more fun celebrating with others! Specifically, with the purchase of one full-priced adult admission, you will receive one free admission of equal or lesser value for the birthday celebrant. The Birthday Fellowship coupon is valid for your birth month and the first seven days of the following month (for those end-of-the-month celebrants). Like with all of our discounts, this one may not be combined with any other discount, special offer or group rate. You may be asked to show proof of birthday at the castle prior to admittance as well. Also, the coupon can't be applied to prior purchases, and upgrade packages are additional. Happy Birthday!
Near hotels? Yes. Magic shows... Not really.
You can set that up during your reservation either online or over the phone.
When I went a few ago, we didn't have to wear masks. However, we still did. Once we got seated we took them off and enjoyed the show and ate. The only individuals wearing masks at that point were the servers. Hope that answers your question.... but definitely call them to verify if you have specifics.
Online on their website
Try Groupon. 2001 North Roselle. Schaumburg Illinois if you live in Illinois
I don't know. My reservation was scheduled for this past summer. They had closed over the summer.
Better call and ask. Even if you had 2020 i would not know.

Prices are based on package. Go to website for list of options

Always go to the website for deals, coupons, and special pricing. You can buy your tickets on the website or when you arrive, but typically you'll pay full price at the door.
Unfortunately I don't have that answer for you. Might want to give them a call
I was there in a couple weeks ago, Nov '19. They gave each person a napkin with and a wet wipe. Also... after the entree they gave everyone a large, warm wet wipe that's awesome.
Hello your grace, we do offer a vegetarian option! Our vegetarian meal is three bean stew, tomato soup, hummus & veggie plate, herb roasted potato, and corn on the cob. It's delicious! You do not have to request a vegetarian meal beforehand - just notify your server when you arrive that you'll need one. Please let me know if you have any other questions and have a great time at the show!
Everyone eats the same meal unless you have an allergt restriction or you ask for a vegan/vegetarian meal. There is a wide range of different drinks you can order. There is wine, beer, and a variety of mixed drinks.
I think it's the same as if you did it online. You get a lot more clarity if you did it by phone
Better to buy online to see if they are running coupons, dad was free on Father's Day with purchase of a ticket. Groupon also sells tickets
In v.i.p section u get an option of 3 beverages lemonade, water, and pepsi
They have a huge selection of items all of varying quality and prices. For example you can buy a toy sword for for under $20 or you can buy a super fancy toy sword for $50. So they have something for all price ranges and tastes.
Meant to write a review? Or answer another question instead of posting your own?
No just chicken half baked potato tomato soup garlic toast nd corn on cob
Tomato Soup Chicken Potato Garlic Bread Ice Cream Pop during dinner. Coffee after
The flags were each $5
That's correct.
Google it. Google is amazing
It's perfectly warm inside so no sweaters. We get there about 1 hour-1 hour 20 min ahead of time cuz there's lots to see and do especially if your going to Knight someone for a bday or other special day. No bag/purse policy, and I'm sure u can bring a stroller... There's nothing that says u can't. Enjoy and have fun!!! Kiddos are gonna love it, and so will you.
Probably not since the table is already full with the stuff.
Waiter will ask you.
Usually you can find a Groupon or deal no matter the time of year. All the info given already is correct.
Honestly don't know my wife bought them online for almost half off.
Register on the website for starters. Also i recommend calling them to get more answers, they were very helpful with me!
Yes get there pkenty early lots to see and do before the show. A dungeon tour for 2 dollars each, see the horses, bars open for drinks and shops open for browsing in tje medieval square
Sure is. Long ramp that reverses back on itself, very shallow. Should be fine even in the snow.
I printed my tickets from my confirmation email. But my name was on the list as well.
Not that I'm aware of. I think a small child just sits on your lap.
It includes the meal and soft drinks. Check online for a coupon code.
No, the facilities are heated. At most a light sweater may be required if you are someone who is generally cold.
If you get a souvenir cup the drinks are bigger and they can be filled with any beer, or cocktail, at a discounted price
Up to the last minute. People were still coming in after the show started
No but the parking is big and lots of spaces to choose from
I think I remember a sign saying, "Valet not currently available, but doors are not locked," so it seems they do have valet sometimes.
Yes,any location
Valentine's Day Sale is available from Feb. 4 - 17. The code is VDAY19
No, you will be reserved seats in the first or second row
You get 2 Pepsi product drinks per person with your meal.
There are sometimes coupons and deals you can find through sites like Groupon. There are also deals they send through their emails you can sign up to receive.
Wow this is the worst question ever. On Google you asked people how far it is, when you could type in both addresses and find out in seconds
Check website for discounts.
Theres also potatoes served with the meal. If you arw vegetarian, i know they have an option for that as well.
I've had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd row. They're all great seats but, like everyone said, they're pre-assigned. First two rows are for VIP guests. When to arrive really depends on who's in your group. If you have little kids and get there too early, they'll either be bored or spend the entire time trying to get you to buy them souvenirs. If you have anyone who needs to sit while you wait, there's an area with tables and chairs (super basic but will do the trick).
According to their FAQ, 3 and under are free IF they sit on your lap and dont have their own meal. If they need a seat and/or meal, it's the 12 and under rate for them.
They sell t-shirts. They sell hats, tiaras, swords that sort of thing.
Depends on the day, time, and if you are a Group, school; or just a single family.
When you buy tickets you can specify you want accessible seats. If you've already purchased you can call or just let them know when you get there. If you wait until you get there I'd plan on arriving early for best possibilities! (They open doors an hour and fifteen minutes before the show)
If you go to their website and click 'buy tickets' you will see a calendar with showtimes
Yes i think you just tell the people at the check in desk
Yes. From what I remember, it comes with soup, chicken, bread, soft drinks and fried potato. The only thing is not included are the alcoholic drinks.
Yes, but if you go online and give your email you can get discounted tickets. Also you have the option of signing up some with a birthday and the birthday kiddo will get free admission with a paid adult ticket.
I don't believe so, but it's best to call and check
There is a bar, gift shop, knighting ceremony and bathrooms. Plenty to keep you occupied.
I dont think they reveal this information to the public.
One per time. It's worth it, splurge
Hello M'lady! Our military discount is a year-round discount currently set at adults $39.95 and kids $30.95 as of April 2018. You can verify your military ID through Troop ID. Discounted tickets are also available at participating MWR/ITT bases throughout the U.S.
The wait staff will ask shortly after sitting down
Went to the Sunday 4:30 show.... great experience;
For the whole month your birthday falls into
Yeah they do give them a call. We just had a party there it was easier than trying to do in on your own.
You have to purchase 1 alchoholic drink per person at a time unless you purchase a bottle of wine. Price is dependant on type of drink and they do have some specials. The fountain drinks with dinner are part of the ticket cost.
There are different packages with different services. We did the royal one, and it was awesome, front row seats, and few free items with our nights colors. Plus first entry into the seating area.
I'm sure they have a group rate. I would call and ask
You should do it but just make sure you have them
Yes. I suggest attending on your birthday. Makes for a great evening amd memory.
You Dont have to! They tell you , is up to you.
Paper crowns for the audience. They have other versions for sale in the market
Each time I went was through a group and we got regular tickets. Not sure what the royalty package experience is like.
Not sure if they are open for Thanksgiving but I am a vegetarian and the vegetarian soup is pretty good.
They are not open on Mondays :(
You request the vegan meal when they first seat you.
I do not but it is always worth checking out Groupon's website and see if they offer any.
