I see doors open 75 min in advance. Are there things to do in the castle prior to the show?

There is a bar, gift shop, knighting ceremony and bathrooms. Plenty to keep you occupied.

be aware there is no restrooms to utilize prior to doors opening. Yes there is plenty of things to see and hear prior to the show I suggest getting there early especially if you pay for upgrades like the knighting ceremony Etc. They have souvenir slushy cups for about 6 bucks for kids, souvenir glasses and cups for adults as well as beer steins for the adults, some souvenirs might seem costly however a $12 letter opener in the style of a Medieval sword is better than a light up sword that could eventually break not last as long.

Yea but the torture chamber, I wouldn't reccomend bringing small kids in. I'd also reccomend buying them some medieval head band or things like that online and bringing them wearing them. Their wares are very pricey.

$2 per person to view the torture chamber, drinks $, souvenirs for purchase, exhibits about the weapons etc of those times. Some folks get more than the general package so you need to get there before show time to take advantage of it otherwise its a waste of $. Believe me you won't get bored.

There's some neat stuff to look at, and you can get a drink for the bar, but that won't take 75 minutes. If you're doing a knighting ceremony you will need to get there early

There are several things to do. The torture chamber was fun - the kids really liked that. It was a few dollars per person but was worth it. It took us maybe 20 minutes or less to go through. Tjeres the gift shops as well, if that's your thing. If none of that is of interest, get there maybe 30 minuteys early so you can get to yiur aeat and get yiur food and drink orders in. That was our experience.

There's an area to wander around. You can buy swords, shields, drinks ect. Then halfway through they do knighting ceremonies. There is also a museum of torture that is an additional $2.

They also have a little museum of medieval history and you can see the horses in their stalls.
