You should get an email saying your order was cancelled, bc that's automated. Have a manager call the delivery company and have them cancel the delivery. Your best bet right now is going to the store

Try around 12:30 in the afternoon. I placed an order Monday afternoon after trying since midnight and picked up Tuesday morning at 11.

When purchasing you should get an option to deliver or pick up at your local store. Once you choose pick up it will give you their available times for pickup. You will get 2 emails one with your order confirmation number and a second confirmating when you should arrive at Ikea to pick up based on your scheduled time.

I'd phone to see if it is ready. I think it would be frustrating waiting in line for 20 minutes or more to be informed ut wasn't ready.

You know if you have a general question that could be asked to any Ikea you could look up a store not in your area or even state and call them. Many larger retail places could even look up if another location has something in stock that you want. It might also be smart not to call on a Saturday morning when they are probably crazy busy.
