You know if you have a general question that could be asked to any Ikea you could look up a store not in your area or even state and call them. Many larger retail places could even look up if another location has something in stock that you want. It might also be smart not to call on a Saturday morning when they are probably crazy busy.

It's not easy for me to go to the store, which is why I requested home delivery. They delivered the wrong boxes (instead of box #1 and #2, they delivered two box #2's). Back when I did go to the store the returns desk also has an hour wait period (and yes, that is during the week). I think they should add a note to their web page which says Customer Service hours on Saturday (currently listed at 9:00 am to 12:00 am) do not really apply. I understand they are busy, but it seems like they could be more helpful. I did try to call two more times, and got a busy signal.
The slowest times are weekday mornings. I'd recommend calling then
It's the weekend, always busy.
No very busy it seems
