My order was delivered yesterday. got a desk with NO LEGS. shipping company says oh well talk to IKEA. IKEA won't respond or help. How do I use a desk with NO LEGS.

You should reread what you ordered. Make sure it was a whole desk.

Ikea sells some desks with all parts, and others as desktop and legs separately. They have a variety of legs, or you could use other things, like half height filing cabinets for supports. Read the description of what you are ordering before placing the order.
