When you upgrade seats does the package come with everything plus the one before it?

We upgraded to the Queen's package and felt it was worth it. You don't get the party shout out... I believe that was extra.

Each package has a list of everything it includes. If you get the queens package for example, it wouldn't include the party shout out that the party package would include.
