The shows do not change that often. However, the format is changed, I believe, at two-year intervals to keep the public interested. However, the customer service for medieval times would definitely have an answer to that question.
The villian and champion are different every show, but the main script is the same. They write a new full script every 3 to 4 years. The current script isn't as good as the last one, but still a fun show.
