I've had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd row. They're all great seats but, like everyone said, they're pre-assigned. First two rows are for VIP guests. When to arrive really depends on who's in your group. If you have little kids and get there too early, they'll either be bored or spend the entire time trying to get you to buy them souvenirs. If you have anyone who needs to sit while you wait, there's an area with tables and chairs (super basic but will do the trick).
They pick the rows when you pick up your tickets. Front row isint always the best. The higher up the better the view
They take all the reservations for the day and have them pre sorted before you even show up. If you want to look around the castle 45 to 60 minutes is plenty
I think the higher the seat the better then view. It gives you a better look at the whole Arena and you don't have to turn your head back and forth as much.
I would probably get there as close to the time doors open as possible as it fills up quickly, but also i don't think there is a "bad" seat either, so if you don't mind sitting high up, them you could get there later!!
I would say 60 minutes, so.you can enjoy outside seating events, as seating is already prearranged.
You probably want to be there at least 90 minutes before the show we got there at 6 for a 7 30 weekday show and got pretty good seats but not the best. I think they offer an upgrade royalaty package that will get you right in front if you want it is an awsome show anywhere you sit though, you will gave a great time
There is more happening before the show in the grand hall. We arrived when the doors opened :)
