We brought plasticware wrapped in a paper napkin in my purse, only used the plastic spoon for the soup and that was only because the bowl handle was a bit warm for the kids hands. Otherwise you can use hands for everything else.
No silverware at all
You can ask for some. If you alert them in advance, they'll be prepared with it in their pocket.
No silverware in medieval times. Finger foods mostly!
