Move somewhere else if you can help it. The apartments themselves are wonderfully updated visually, albeit a bit small and too expensive. However… the pool is out of service despite its continued proud advertisement on their website (should really be taken off until it’s usable), the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, and the elevator breaks all the time. Getting deliveries or packages is a nightmare as well – I’ve missed so many. The property tends to respond to reviews about the pool/elevator/alarms when they’re in working order however, don’t be fooled because it doesn’t stay that way. They also randomly assign parking on a different floor than yours rather than keeping them consistent. Even worse since the elevator is constantly breaking. Amenities aren’t even available past midnight and they’re hard to get to because of the broken elevators. But it does have potential. It’s important that people are aware of what the experience is truly like vs what is advertised. Edit 8/10: The complex did in fact respond when some things were back up like I said they did in the review. As of August 10, everything has gone out several times since and at the time of my writing this, the 2 main elevators have been down for about a month so far, as well as the smart home features and key fob systems. Pool is out again as well. Edit 8/19: all of the above is still out, in addition to the package locker system now. 8/30: Everything mentioned above is still not working. 9/4: Package lockers back up. Still down: both main elevators, ButterflyMX systems, swimming pool.

I really do love living here! The location is super convenient and as someone who works from home, it makes it so much easier to grab lunch or a coffee when there’s a Publix or restaurants right next to the building. The staff is amazing, and Maria and Nakita are super sweet and extremely active in getting this place to be back in good shape. I know it’s an inconvenience right now to have the elevators down and a few services like the package pickup screen out of order, but the amazing staff and maintenance team is working really hard to pickup the slack from previous management and I can see the progress they are making. I hope to see more events in the future!
