I’ve been here for a year now and with Leo’s help, we got a great deal and were able to renew for another year! He helped me with every detail, always willing to answer my questions and make sure we have the easiest lease renewal, we know how stressful it can be. I love this new administration, we are getting back that fancy, clean and safe Downtown Apartment we’ve always wanted!!! Very very happy with staff and community!

The transition in the beginning between management companies was rough. However, Allaina and Vanessa have definitely made up for all the hassles. Vanessa, is always sweet and patient with issues, she always tries to find you an answer/solution. Allaina I cannot say enough great things about! Through all of the issues I have experienced she has provided excellent service. She is always so professional and efficient. Every issue I have she responds timely and with a solution. She is on top of her game! She is one of the reasons why I decided to stay with Ridley. She went above and beyond to help me find a place for me to move into and after a couple days stopped by to make sure I was happy with the unit. She is amazing! I’ve had some maintenance issues but let me tell you the two gentleman with maintenance are amazing! So nice and efficient. I’ve not had to wait thus far for a maintenance request and they do everything in their power to correct what is needed to be corrected.

This place used to be great when it was Novel Lucerne but the new management absolutely sucks & treats there employees like trash. Raises rent out of nowhere and this place deteriorates more & more by the second. Don’t move here.
