This places is a joke, the leasing consultants are rude, there is no parking for guess unless they paid for it and raising rent over $300 is a joke also fired alarms every couple of months a random times for no reason, far from living excellent like they advertised.

It's the leasing office and ROCKSTAR MAINTENANCE team for me! Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I've had a smooth leasing and move-in process. Shout out to Sharonda and Shelby at the office who have made me feel welcomed (hugs included) and Jose & Tito with the maintenance team who have taken care of me like royalty (including helping me install a medal rack before I made more holes and damaged the wall further). We are also SO lucky to have Tony at the concierge desk who is so courteous and friendly! Ok, this is sounding more like an award speech! On to the actual apartment... My unit was in great condition, great layout for the space, everything has a place! Amazing amenities and conveniently located near restaurants, a trail, and my new gym, F45. So excited to call Camden North Quarter my new home! As a side note, my sister lived here years ago and she still raves about the team as well, so I know it's not the honeymoon phase :)

I lived at Camden for several years but did not renew my lease due to several reasons. They refused to fix the amenities and put in all their energy in providing excuses for why something didnt work rather than fixing it. The parking lot had apparently been experiencing break ins which was concerning for me as a single woman. Their leasing staff used to be outstanding but not so much anymore. The only thing that remained consistently excellent was the concierge service which was no longer a good enough reason to renew. I would highly not recommend renting here. And if you’re thinking to yourself, “four bad reviews in a row? There are a lot of good reviews” Im not sure what they’re talking about but it definitely wasnt my experience. I wish I could attach a screenshot of the complaints on the community wall to this review, nothing but complaints of how the amenities didnt work. A quick chat with the leasing office was just excuses and telling you, a tenant paying top dollar rent, that they aren’t going to fix the grill because they purchased it in 2021. I wish I could stop paying rent because I paid rent in 2021. There are several recent reviews that are accurate, this place has like three guest parking spaces and the tickets are $100 dollars from an agency they employ to ticket. For the love of god, don’t rent here. In my opinion the problem seems to be stemming from them seeing tenants as cash cows rather than customers. This office used to be very customer service oriented but it seems that now once you signed your lease they don't care about your comments, questions, and concerns. I cannot stress enough how in my opinion, you will sign a lease and pay rent to be treated like your property management company is doing you a favor. BUYER BEWARE
