My sister is living here and is the worst administration EVER. The leasing agents ARE SO RUDE and racist. Roaches everywhere. They never answer the phones and always have an excuse for everything. We definitely miss the old leasing agents they had before and old manager. This new crew are the worst.

One star is too high for this place; Worse experience ever… these apartments are infested with ants and cockroaches; we are dealing with that for over a month, they have a pest control service that has been coming once a week, but whatever they do doesn’t work. We put our own traps everywhere and it also is not working, now we are going to hire our own exterminator to try to take care of the problem, it’s sooooooo disgusting!!! The roaches are everywhere at night no matter how clean you keep the house. Besides that, Maintenance is not done in a timely manner, things stay broken for a long time before they get fixed. I do not recommend these rentals at all.

I lived here before moving north for career purposes,I was given the opportunity to continue my career related work in Fl by my company. I did not hesitate to come back to Sanctuary. The one in charge of my process Michael,was very patience during the process but also Jay, Francheska and Ashley were present the whole time to keep me update about my process. My experience at Sanctuary so far has been nothing but a great one! The team has been nothing short than extraordinary. The whole team has been extremely useful, especially considering quite a few things I needed to help coordination with before my move: from having my car shipped and delivered before my arrival, to them storing a valuable item I had sent to the apartment before my arrival as well, to the help with the furniture company to deliver everything in my absence and much more, Jay Guinto in particular, and his entire team, have coordinated everything with competence, elegance and a big smile on their face. The property is kept very well and the management team always ready to welcome you with open arms and a big smile. Thank you Jay (and Ashley, Fransheska and Mike) for your help and outstanding service to this beautiful community. Angelo.
