There are many factors to why I am rating the apartment complex 3/5 stars. I moved out in April after living there for almost 2 years. My roommate/ boyfriend still lives there for a couple more months. Beautiful complex & well kept. I loved spending time at the pool as it is stunning! Some of the amenities need a little work (one grill was consistently out of service, bags always missing from corn hole, darts missing)… I believe security needs to be at a higher level. They recently added cameras to the parking lot however they don’t reach up to the building. I believe that they need to add some cameras throughout the hallways as well. About a year ago at 10pm right after my boyfriend left for work some men tried to enter my apartment. There were absolutely no cameras at the time so police & the office weren’t able to do anything. I felt so unsafe that I actually slept at my boyfriends work overnight for a week straight. I then added a Ring camera and highly recommend doing that to anyone looking to move in. The major con would be how thin the walls are. One night my boyfriend and I were out to eat when I got a notification on my Ring. Security was there for a noise complaint and we hadn’t even been home & still weren’t home. Another time my boyfriend was at work and I was home by myself watching a children’s movie and security came and accused me of having a party while I was home alone. Another time, security came to our apartment as the tenant below had called and it was the apartment above ours that was being noisy and listening to music. The security guard came into the apartment even and was astonished that the noise was in fact coming from the apartment above.Noise can travel 2 floors easily. Those are my experiences when I lived here. Now that I am gone, I do not know the level of volume the TV/music is at to be getting noise complaints, however I do know the leasing office likes to think parties are being held when there is 1 person in the apartment. I also know that my boyfriend works nights 5-6 nights out of the week so half the time the complaints should be meant for another apartment. Overall, a very nice & clean apartment complex. The only problems I ever had was with the lack of security & the very thin walls.

Marqui and Rose Angel are amazing and go above and beyond. I can always trust and count on them to assist in so many ways. They are the BEST I truly tell people living here is a great experience they don't want to miss.

I've been living here five and a half months and here is my take thus far. This definitely is not a 4.5 star complex. I actually relied on Google reviews to narrow my apartment search and this property (and one of their sister properties) made the finalist before doing a visit. What I didn't know then is this place really markets their residents to give reviews and that is likely the main reason for their high score. (Smart by them i suppose but it's misleading to poeple relying on the reviews and overall score) They do little give-aways (which are nice) but excessively ask for good reviews on Google. At xmas for example they had a raffle give-away and you HAD TO give them a Google review to be entered. So yea, the reviews are highly manufactured. Pros: nice pool, nice gym, lots of tvs in common areas, mostly quiet, well sized apartments, reasonable prices, helpful staff. Cons: coachroach infestation, frequent car break-ins, not very conducive to going places on foot or by bike (no front sidewalk and very busy intersections - I'm new to Florida so take this with a grain of salt - seems most areas of Florida are not bike/pedestrian friendly), some inconsistency with working amenities (pool bathrooms, grills, tvs, etc). I think they might have all the Tvs on one account and they autosign you out quickly - it was an issue the one time I tried to watch football game at the pool. What drove me to write this review is I've had cockroaches in my place since the start. They have their own exterminators under contract and they've come like 5 times to my place. The exterminators say the problem isn't in my place anymore and roaches are traveling from infestations in other apartments above and below. The roaches apparently love my coffee machine and 8 out of10 times brewing I have roaches run out of it. Several times they fell in my coffee. Pic below from last week. It's disgusting. Edit - cockroaches are gone now. Cons: It's not all that safe and there have been an excessive number of "smash and grab" car break-ins lately. Edit - car breakins have cooled off, however there is no fence or gate so this place could be an easy target for catalytic converters theft. This place should probably be like a 3.5 on google. I should've maybe given in a 1 or 2 to balance out, but I feel 3 is appropriate. For reference I loved the last place I lived and gave them a 5 when I left.

Pros: The office staff is absolutely amazing. Any time I had an issue it was resolved quickly. Received my full deposit back and over all just a very easy time working with the office. Cons: The noise. I know it's expected in apartments but it was far worse here. I've lived in a new apartment roughly every year or two for the last 8 years because my spouse is in the military and we move a lot. You can hear everything from above, to the sides and below your unit. I could literally hear conversations from the people below me so just imagine how bad it is if there's people above you. Including a kid that never stop running. It was the worst. I've never lived in apartment where the noise from other units was this bad, very cheaply built unfortunately and for the price it's just not worth it here.

How much is the rent here for a 2 bed

A Google User | Oct 1, 2020

Says $1500 but by the time you add in the fees for mandatory cable and internet bundle plus valet trash plus anything else you want here it will be >$1700. It is very noisy here and students trash the place.
