This review is not about the phone service but about the manager at the Cricket wireless in Eastanollee, Georgia. Without a doubt she is one of the best managers I've ever dealt with. She had 2 trainees, and several customers in the store and was able to multitask each issue or question presented professionally and friendly. She instructed her trainees in a knowledgeable way without making them feel inept. I was thoroughly impressed! All too often I see negative posts about customer service I felt compelled to write a positive review. My experience with Cricket Wireless is a +5 stars on management!

Don't know but I would think so. It could be a busy fay for them.
I switched from Straight Talk to Cricket about 6 months ago. Cricket's coverage is great. Its very similar to Straight Talk and AT&T (since they use AT&T's network).
He can go to any cricket and pay or call the 1800 number
Think they want the full payment.
