So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Listed on the door and online they open at 10am on Monday September 12,2022. It is 10:25 and they are still not open, now there’s a line and no representative to help. Doors are locked!

Cederic I think that was the name of the person who helped me in this BetLine Rd store, in the city of Addison, Dallas TX. It was the worst and most racist experience !!! obviously the person who attended me is African-American and this person cannot stand a Hispanic person with an accent in the English language!! Extremely racist!!! Let me tell you mister sales rep!!! I went to the store so that you had to give me a good and nice service, and not to be that sarcastic treatment and make me feel less intelligent for the reason of not speak the English language perfectly or fluently!!! You, sir, could never be smarter than me!!! because I know two languages ​​and I have a postgraduate degree in finance !!! No offense!! but you had no reasons to have that bad attitude and provide that kind of bad service! if I were his supervisor, I would give him a course of how not to be racist and how to treat people who walk in to the store! If possible, I will not go to that store ever!,due to they do not know how to treat the customer neither provide a good customer service. It’s unbelievable.

Jesus was so helpful with my situation!!! He took the time to hear me out and got me the exact solution I needed. I had been working with customer service over the phone for days and he was able to help me out in 1 visit!!! He is a model employee, I definitely will be coming back to this location for all future transactions.
