To piggy back off of Stephanie's comment, this is very true. When I was going to the leasing office to apply, I saw a sheriff evicting people while I was there and was privy to the conversation as well. I heard the tenant pleading with cop to not evict them. I immediately turned around and left. This is definitely not a place for me and my family.

The manager here ruined our whole experience and we have been residents for almost 2 years with no issues until this manager joined. The manager is dumb as bricks, extremely rude , and continuously cuts you off . She does not do her job properly . I’m not one to disrespect anybody but she has no right to continue to be rude after the lack of communication we have had and that it took 60 days to do a lease takeover . They continued to lose paperwork, had us resend emails over and over . No follow ups or updates unless we showed up or called 100s of times until someone answered. Our frustration is very valid and instead of the manager making things better she gets involved and makes things worse . The recent one star reviews about how no one answers the phone or gets back to you are 100% true. I had to continue to show up in person to get answers/ updates . If you were moving in prior to this new manager I would say yes best place. Now I say look else where . Not worth the frustration and stupidity they put you through . You can and will find better renovated places for the same price or cheaper with less hassle .

Unprofessional!!! after you submit your application. They lie and take forever to process things. I wasted a lot of time on this place but how my application was handled…. I’d never refer anyone here. Update! Their reply is a lie. The property manager called me personally, days after i submitted and stated “ I’m calling to get more information, I’m helping the other representative out because we have a lot of applications” if your one employee can’t handle the work load. Hire other people. I already got approved for another place. It wasn’t about the timeline and what wasn’t submitted because everything was submitted on the application. Your staff stated “ the pay stubs print is too small and we don’t want to submit it” It’s the fact that you’ve taken $300 plus dollars from people and decide to take your sweet ole time processing applications. Than you proceeded to process the application and charge me AFTER i asked you not to and to cancel my application. Which is fraud!

Wow just wow. I was going to move here until I realized they evict people after one month of late rent. Not understanding at all. Especially in this economy. It was disheartening to watch people being forced out with black trash bags thrown into a moving truck. Not a good look at all.

Hi Jesse, the gym and pool open and operating under normal hours. However, we are still practicing social distancing measures at both amenities. A maximum of 8 people are currently allowed in the gym and 20 at the pool. Both the furniture at the pool and equipment in the fitness center are set up to allow for social distancing. Residents are also required to sanitize the stations they use directly after use. If you have any further questions regarding our amenities, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team!
