Having lived here for 4 years, place has gone downhill since we started living here. They only seem to clean the public areas a few times a year (usually around times when a lot of new tenants tour the place). Issues aren't dealt with even when brought up to maintenance (e.g. incessant loud beeping from building's electrical closet) Rent hikes (now 1850 per month for 2b2ba). Shady business practices. They set up their own app for account management and ask to use it for everything. On that same app, they ask to indicate whether or not you will be renewing your lease with them. We indicated no and now are on the hook for an additional month's rent payment on moving out, for using the system they wanted us to. Edit: I'll leave my original review but wanted to post an update. We ended up not getting charged the additional month's rent after speaking to the manager. While I appreciate that, the rest of my points stand. Because they made the penalty rent situation right, I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Thank you.

Aside from loud upstairs neighbors (both old and new) and one instance where my cars were broken into. This is a well located apartment building with nice modern units. Thankfully the gate was finally fixed, front office staff very attentive.
