This is the best place in the U.S. I have ever lived. I have been here for two years and HATE that I have to move. If you are looking for a place that is clean, respectful, blissful, and worth the money you pay, Zen (Greystar) is the place for you. The office staff, maintenance staff, corporate office are the most professional, wonderful experience a person could ever have. They respond to everything from maintenance request to questions about ANYTHING with courteous and timely perfection. Due to medical conditions, I have to leave but I prayed every day I could stay. It just didn't happen and I am so hurt. I would stay here forever if I could. This is the best place you could spend your money for apartment living. Google any Greystar property, I don't think you would be disappointed. There is so much being said about the rental experiences right not that are negative. It's got to be because they haven't tried Greystar. Try them. You will be satisfied! Zen is a whole mood. A great one!

They sell the idea of a luxury apartment which probably was true 5 years ago. The amenities are not well maintained only during the summer season (when people is moving in). The inside of the building is not clean, they promised to vacuum twice a month. Barely was done 3-4 times while we lived there. No actions are taken against loud neighbors. And you can hear everything (steps upstairs, neighbors arguing, people running in the hallway). Our AC broke down 3 times and they were only changing the filter when clearly was a bigger issue. The washer and dryer were pretty old and destroyed and/ or stained some of our clothes. Definitely not the luxury apartment that you are expecting for the price. It only has good looking amenities that barely are in good conditions
