Roaches, old cabinets breaking apart, mold in bathroom. Pest control makes it worse, they only spray the kitchen and after they visit its like the roaches spread from the kitchen to the rest of the apartment. Then you have neighbors playing loud music outside in the parkinglot from their vehicles and others from their apartments with the door wide open. Been here for over a year and it just keeps getting worse

🚨Update🚨 In addition to being irresponsible, they were given a deposit of 1,000 dollars that they said they would refund, they waited 1 month to receive it and they only sent $175, terrible service. The worst place to look for an apartment, they give a date to deliver the apartment and they are irresponsible, they postponed the delivery for 1 month and always the same excuse, if I could give it 0 stars I would give it to them

Pest control a joke the potholes in the parking lot another joke the outside lights never working its just soooooo old. I have mold in my bathroom from the upstairs apartment leaking I'll let you guess how many times I have told the office about it. Appliances breaking down its just to much to fit in 1 review
