I pay 1138 for a 2/2. Its not too bad... They sorta fix things quick when needed...
I have to said that depends of the apartment. For us 3 bed and 2 rest. Is 1380 which this ladt year had a considered rincrease. To be fair, security have improve and they have done diferents restorations.
