I have visited this clinic in May and most recently Saturday June 25 2022. So far my experience has been extremely bad. About one hour waiting in the room and hear the practitioner saying I was just told you were here. She had no idea I was already inside the room waiting to be seen by the DR. Struggling for my primary doctor to receive my file and X rays even though the practitioner recommended me check with my doctor as soon as posible even though every time I visit this place I ask the receptionist what do I need to do for my files to go with my doctor and they said nothing they will receive them. Now I’m straggling with bronquitis waiting for them to send my files to my doctor in order for me to receive medication because beside the shot I received there was no additional prescription.

Any bad mouthing of Mend Urgent Care nowadays is unjustified and unfair to their healthcare workers as well as to anyone seeking care in their neighborhood. I’ve had nothing but attentive and professional care and got the same feedback from everyone I’ve referred to them. Therefore the 5 stars‼️ Keep it up MEND. 👍

The worst healthcare experience I have ever received. I went in for help. I was told they would send my items to the lab to run tests, and they would call me with results, making sure the medications they prescribed me were accurate. After a week and a half of repeatedly calling them, and them either putting me on hold for long periods of time or telling me to callback, they told me they actually **never** sent my items out for testing and I would have to come back. They were completely dismissive, nonchalant, and unapologetic. It's super depressing to feel my health does not matter to the people I turned to for help. I will never return here, I will never recommend this location or the company to anyone, and I will always tell people about my experience. My whole experience here has been with rude, heartless people. If I could give them 100 negative stars I would.

They will always help if you meet them half way! 💚 besides the money! Always remember that it’s priceless to INVEST YOUR SELF. 💰💸 so yes I would recommend this place to anyone who likes 👍 a beautiful healthy smile. They have amazing customer service! Clean! And pace full environment. And I repeat GREAT AMAZING TEAM! And customer service!
