Better than expected - not easy but quite exhilarating. Will never forget this experience. Make sure you have ample upper body strength if you go on intermediate or expert runs. Staff is wonderful. Surprised some reviewers trashed the staff. They were excellent and attentive to customer safety. If you just want fun and no exertion, try the zip line - very simple and tons of fun.

There's more to the Bronx Zoo than the great animals. Check out Treetoo Adventures. I had so much fun. Met new friends. Challenged my physical condition. Pushed through my mental blocks. Jumping off a platform to zipline across a river will help you do that. And had a great time. I did the beginner course but there are several others. I would suggest doing both the treetop challenge and the big zipline.

No. Parking lot is pay unless member with parking. If you can find street parking you can walk.
Price changes? It's the same prices on the website and if you walk up it's the same price on the website!
The main issue is being tall enough to unhook and hook yourself onto the next line.
