No. It's better for walking. A lot of people walk their dogs there or it's part of a jogging/ walking trail. You can fish from down the road at the Spuyten Duyvil Metro North train station stop or up the road at the Metro North Riverdale stop. It's about a 15 minute walk in either direction. You can cross over to the Hudson River for fishing at the train stations named above.
No. You'd have to go down to one of the nearby train stations to cross over to the river. Then you could fish. This park is more for walking, dog walking, hiking.
No price... And parking is free on weekends at the train station.
