Parts of Starlight park are still under construction as of today (Labor Day 2022). There is a green bike path on the street that connects this park to Concrete Plant Park, though. There are also porta potties.

There is a restroom located at the Bronx River Alliance Building if necessary please just ask the staff if doing so is possible during the organizations normal business hours. The parks restroom is currently in construction and should be ready by Spring 2023. Please refrain from urinating or deficate in the River nor in the parks woodlands area. It is unsanitary and most importantly disrespectful to others and their park experience expectations
No you cannot. STARLIGHT PARK IS NOT A PARK WHERE GRILLING IS ALLOWED. These permissions are very available at Bronx Park East on E 180th Street and Boston Road. PLEASE stop making the public a believer of this act as it will follow with the appropriate of corrective actions leading up to doubled fines for violating the parks conservation regulations. Please be responsible and respectable to the park the public and the people who carry out their responsibility to respect those regulations
Starlight Park/Concrete Park will be ultimately composed of complexity on or before the beginning of 2026. Please keep in mind starlight park and concrete park will serve as the complacent transportation hub for all vehicular forms of travel to provide the Bronx with a plethora of options to be released in due time. Stay tuned for the Success of the Bruckner Express I can assure you we are going to make the Bronx the most accessibly available borough for our residents and especially our visitors
The park is made in its sustainable state. In order to maintain the opulence of stability we must participate in taking care of our park by responsibility respecting the environment the rules and procedures of the park. When the public feels privy to being entitled to things not necessarily theirs is when sustainability is lost
As of now nothing officially due to necessary construction work and foundation laying practices are simply safe enough for the capacity of being able to accommodate the safety for all park goers future facing
