No All of the lights pan out in sync with the preparation of closing of the Park. The lights continuous are the ones specially placed on the walkways and Pedestrian trotting areas to allow for suitable visibility while traveling through the park to head towards your specific designation. Bronx River Bridge #2 will not be lit as this area is closed to the public when the park is closed. For E 177th Street access take West Farms Road or Bronx River Avenue instead.
