Setup appointment three weeks ago for today. I called to confirm appt, and was told not on schdule. Bad for business

The lady that answered the phone this morning is rude and attempted to rush me off of the phone without at least attempting to do a first call resolution. It would be my first time utilizing Absolute solely for my employers sake. She stated that I was unable to start my vehicle license process with Towson even though they’re opened and stated that I should call the Essex location. I call Essex three times because it’s closer and no one is answering the phone. The lady stated there is only 1 lady at the Essex location handling everything. She spoke over me and stopped me while I tried to ask a question to assist another customer. The reviews about the employees being rude are factual. I do not look forward doing business with them but In order to keep my job I need to go through the process with Absolute, unfortunately.

It was very crowded, but I didn't experience any issues.

Was able to get fingerprinted for gun licenses and able to leave an hour after appointment start. Appointment only so call ahead.

You do not, they only do walk-ins

Form from whomever is requesting the fingerprints. Starting tomorrow 7/22, you have to have an appointment
