I was in need of a new roof. I used an app that told me exactly how many squares of shingles I needed and how much drip edge. Allied was the only Company of 4 that did not over estimate the materials. The slaesman was terrific and the project manager was easily accessible and responsive. The crew was on time and efficient, the job was done wonderfully. I had one small issue and it was taken care of the next day. The area was cleaned up with nothing left behind. It’s been over a year and still no issues.

Excellent - very satisfied. Roof completed while we were out of town. Some concern about not being home, but when returned all was completed and cleaned to our satisfaction. And we were spared the noise and stress of a major renovation. With a strong labor warranty and superior communication, there is no question - we recommend Allied for roofing. We would consider using Allied for other repair/maintenance items as well, based on this job. Allied was also slightly less expensive than a previous trusted roofer who we use for many years.

I found it unusual that the project manager never stopped by in person before the workers put the siding on the house to introduce himself and tell me what to expect. There was initial confusion and anxiety when the manager said that I needed to contact BGE in advance to turn my electric off on the day of the job then emailed me the morning of the scheduled job to say they couldn't start the job til the next week. I therefore needed to contact BGE immediately to stop them from turning the electric off and change the date til the next week......not an easy matter. Once the workers arrived the next week, the lead worker said they could do the work without having the electric turned off. BGE ended up coming out to see why I needed the electric turned off and confirmed it was not necessary to do so. The work took 2 days, the crew was hard-working and efficient and the results appear very good. Off to a rough start but the team showed good workmanship. Three days later and I haven't heard anything still from the project manager.
