The staff at Legacy Union Square have been the most helpful people ever in my process of moving. Special shout out to Sierra for having so much grace and understanding during the bumpy process of moving in; she did everything she could to make it an easier experience for me. Highly recommend the complex, everyone is very accommodating and it’s a wonderful place to live!

I have been a resident here for over 10 months and so far so good! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Any issues you have make sure to bring it to their attention, they will do everything they can to help and resolve the issue. If you have any issue within the apartment, they have a user-friendly app (legacy app) and the staff will respond usually within the same day. In my experience same day response. If it’s an emergency they will respond ASAP; although I haven’t had an emergency, I’m happy to know they are available 24 hours a day. Of course this place isn’t perfect but it’s very good. The apartment are very beautiful and spacious. But the amenities is exactly the reason why we moved here here. It’s very convenient to have the pool, gym and playground near. Some of the cons is that gym does get crowded during rush hours and the basketball court does get full during the evening and night, which is why We usually go in the morning or towards afternoon. They do have an issue with people sneaking in the gym and basketball court during evening and night. This at time leads to the gym being messy and trash left behind. They do have a security guards that deals with those issue tho. We use the amenities a lot so we might see more then others do. But the staff do a great job keeping up with cleaning of the facilities daily. These cons is me nitpicking I have no issue, as no place is perfect but it’s worth living here for us. I don’t agree with the Violet Garage pick up time and dates. I think it should be later time so you have time of getting rid of the garbage of the day especially since it’s during dinner time. Again I’m nitpicking because it is a paid service that’s mandatory. Every month management does even at the clubhouse, which allows us to have extra curricular activities and meet our neighbors. There’s always food and drinks, so come with a empty belly. The neighbors are friendly and don’t bother. Overall this place is a win for us. Honestly, as long as we don’t get priced out we will be here for a long time.
