My husband and I both went to this clinic. All they want is to run tests and have you repeatedly come back for Medicare money. My husband told them he felt better and wasn't coming back. They in turn called me about my husbands decision. After we decided to go elsewhere, nurse Diane called our pharmacy and stopped all his medications. These medications where already on file from previous doctor. I'm filing a complaint against the Davenport office with the Department of Florida Health Department. I wish could give-3 stars.

This place is a S*** show. @kathrynkuscavage is the worse she has no compassion what so ever. She looks at the computer the whole time and not at you. She seems to have no feeling towards her patients. Along with the staff they are lazy and have neglected my health by lying about send prior authorization to my insurance for my medication. I waited over a month to here that submitted by my insurance which they NEVER did. I had to make a emergency appointment for Clermont office where I met Dr Williamson. Let me tell you she is the best the same day she made my medication approved. Also she has so much compassion for me. Unfortunately she is to far for me to travel. Davenport office takes forever to answer the phones no call backs when asked. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting to hear from the manager for the staff neglecting my health. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!!!
