Please someone INVESTIGATE this specific location. I have had 13 major issues with them alone. The Davenport FL location must be investigated for potential left of products, but at a minimum allowing their drivers to simply state a Delivery Exception because they don’t want to come. I contacted corporate resolutions department today and even they were unable to get in touch while I was on hold with them and it was 3:30pm! 12 packages have been completely “lost” at this one location. 1 or 2 maybe, but 12!! Now, seems like anytime the weather is bad, the delivery tracking automatically updates to “business closed/customer unavailable” delivery exception. Luckily, I caught it in real time and called immediately, but like I said - even corporate resolutions department couldn’t get in touch with them. Please SOMEONE take notice and fix Davenport!!!!

They've made it very hard for the customer to make any complaints about any drivers we have speeding drivers I had one guy that literally threw my packages 15' away up onto my porch ran back to his truck he's been told time and time again to stop speeding through my neighborhood we have a 15 mile an hour speed limit. I have video of him throwing my packages if I had a choice of shipping company IT WOULDN'T BE FEDEX!!...FEDEX DO BETTER!!

Useless delivery drivers. If you live in an apartment complex be prepared to have your packages left wherever they see fit.. I don't know how many things I've had to get replaced because they refuse to leave things at your door cause they're too lazy to find the right apartment.

I work here as a mere part-time package handler but have never inquired. However, I would think they would have a supply on hand being a distribution center and there is a soecific door for public parcel pickup. Hope this helps!
