Davenport station it's a processing center. Basically operate around the clock. Office hours are follow for pickup or drop off (8-5). Close PM Saturdays and Sundays all day.
The place runs 24 hours. Depending on what you want do that part may or may not be open.
I'm not totally sure. I would think there open till 3 pm
