I lived for 2 years then I spent some time within those 2 years and the owners arrived, they changed managers and everyone got worse. Apparently the owners do not like to invest in what is really important. That place was plagued by mice when children lived there, they did not give it maintenance. necessary, when I asked for that house they gave it to me completely dirty and full of cockroaches I was in charge of cleaning everything and leaving everything Perfect for my family I did not complain I only cleaned a month ago for here I managed to get a house I leave the house clean simply with a few doors that the owner told me to put behind my house some doors that are not mine that he told a neighbor that I just know to put them behind my house and for the simple fact of leaving that thing that was not I did not want to return it the deposit knowing that I just had a baby, for me it is a place that was damaged and I do not recommend mobile homes that are very expensive and without maintenance, simply a place that is not recommended in every way .

It's ok but real strict on u making the place a home it seems like like if u have to much stuff outside or is an eye soar and they don't like it they will harass you and threaten u with eviction until u change it plus the manager is real nosie but it then that typical trailer park Also expensive

Very relaxing nice and quiet the owners very down to earth good people can't wait tell next time
