Just came with my friend cammy and we love your guys ice cream so I wanted to write a review to the twirls are the way to go I love the peanut butter and Reese’s cup one sizes are def bigger than expected but it’s worth the money

My friend has been coming here for 4yrs, we came in today the cashier Bailey (according to the receipt) wasn’t disrespectful but had a terrible attitude, 3pm super sunny 90 degrees outside and the umbrellas were closed we first asked the cashier if we could open it which she replied only “yeah” but didn’t tell us we needed a hook to hold the umbrella up, we asked the girl at the other window and she said she had no idea how to open it that she would ask her manager, two people came out and open one of the three umbrellas and didn’t even addressed us or said anything and there was three other parties waiting on their order and trying to open them, one guy put a lollipop to hold the umbrella up. Terrible service I understand this is not fine dining but basic human decency shouldn’t be much to ask.

I’m not one to write reviews much but this location is just so careless. I had order a strawberry shake with Oreo topping on top of the shake and they MIXED IT IN, I didn’t mind at the moment so I just took it like that , this was like two weeks ago. Today I passed by for exactly the same thing and I told the girl specifically to put Oreo topping on top NOT MIXED IN, they took a couple of minutes before giving me the shake which tbh was strange bc the place was almost empty ! Well she gave it to me with no topping! I could’ve stayed there and ask for the topping but as soon as she handed it to me she closed the window , didn’t say thank you or made sure I was okay. On my way home when I started drinking it the shake tasted like it was made with rotten fruits , I thought It might be me but my husband tried it and said the same thing. Whoever was in the window today 09/17/22 needs to get better training !!!! Definitely not coming back here .
