Worst customer service ever. Charged my card then would not issue a refund. Made me wait for a snail mail check. If you need any repairs or resizing they will make you wait 2-3 weeks to get your item back. Something they don't explain when you purchase. Buyers please be cautious. I recommend going to Jared instead where they are more professional and can get things done in a timely manner. All Kay does is telling you what they can't do.

Worst experience ever! Store manager Malakay could not get anything right! Purchased matching bands and not once but three time the bands were sent out for repair and resizing. Wedding day is just five days away and now we have zero rings! Had to return everything due to the poor quality of service and zero understanding. Talk about a nightmare to now have a wedding ceremony with zero rings thanks to kay jewelers! Zero gives a F$&! On their part.

The ladies working there today were very friendly and took care of all the cousins a timely manner, even tho it was just the two of them. Selection was ok but 5 stars for the two ladies.

They are able to do it but when you go down to a small size it weakens the prongs. I had this problem with my ring, eventually they had to send it off and have it made in my new size. Insurance covered it all
