Hello Robert, we are currently offering 7-15 month leases. Yes, we welcome up to two indoor pets per apartment. The fee is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets, and then $10/month rent per dog. Please reach out to our leasing office, our team would be happy to answer all of your questions!
They allow pets yes for an extra fee I'm not sure of the fee I believe it's $50 a month and I believe it's $250 to move the pet in that rate is per pet I'm sorry I do not know if they offer short-term leases
