I have never met Dr. Yee in person, only video calls. I saw her PA in person once. I am a type 1 diabetic with some health issues. I feel she is not very efficient or caring. I switched to new Dr. recently who actually met with me, listened and has sent me for testing. Dr. Yee and her staff never get back to you when you leave a message, it's hard to get refills and getting a referral can take months with repeated calls asking for them. If I would have left no stars I would have. I feel she only caters to the patients that buy into her concierge service. Save yourself time and go elsewhere!
