I have been going here since I was a kid and the past couple years have been awful. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a referral to get some dry skin checked out and I have heard nothing after calling twice and leaving 2 messages I have not received a call back or a referral in my chart being left to deal with this on my own and try to find out what I can do on my own.
